Mobile Technical Supervisor - London - Commercial Contracts - Up to 45k+ car

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the up and coming building maintenance companies to work on a number of their prestigious London contracts.

They are looking for a technical supervisor to work on a mobile basis across all of their high end commercial contracts offering technical support as and where need.

The role will also encompass contract mobilisations, asset surveys and site cover as and when needed.

The role will be working closely with the operations team to make sure the agreed level of service to existing clients is adhered to and also look at further opportunities to bring in new business.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00 to 17.00 and the package is as follows:

Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:

* Electrically or mechanically qualified to recognised level.
* HV authorised or be prepared to become HVAP
* Good commercial awareness.
* A good understanding of building services maintenance.
* Previous supervisory experience.
* Basic financial understanding including knowledge of budgets and P&L.
* Good man-management skills.
* Smart, presentable and client facing.
