An established leader within the property sector is looking to appoint a Mobile Workforce Supervisor

In additional to facilities management the employer offers a wide range of services from construction, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, to property development.

This gives the Group the ability to successfully deliver a wide range of projects, offering a seamless joined-up approach across all areas of expertise.

The new position for a Mobile Workforce Supervisor is to supervise and co-ordinate the mobile workforce to ensure optimal pro-activity for re-active building maintenance services to clients within the EWFM property portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring planned and non-planned maintenance tasks are completed by the mobile workforce and are delivered on time, in budget and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you will be involved in numerous tasks including but not limited to:

* Supervising of the Mobile Site Supervisors team.

* Workforce planning across a complex estate.

* Recruitment of Mobile Site Supervisors when required

* Cascading of information from clients and management throughout the mobile and static teams.

* Ensuring measurable goals and objectives are in place for the mobile team.

* Supporting FM's with service delivery.

* Working with the technical, FM team and the Procurement Manager to support subcontractor delivery.

* Ensuring effective communication within the mobile team.

* Regularly auditing of each mobile site supervisor's work.

* Audits and periodic checks of site files.

* Ensuring training and development needs are met across the team.

* Co-ordinating annual leave ensuring holidays and sickness and other absences are covered.

* Ensuring all Health and Safety matters are dealt with in accordance with company policy, legislation and good practice.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and have supervisory/managerial experience in the FM sector.

It would be desirable if you hold a CIBT Site Supervisor certificate and NEBOSH/general H&S certificate.

It is essential that you have contractual acumen in particular PFI contracts. You will be organised, methodical with exceptional attention to detail and thrive in a busy and demanding environment. It goes without saying that you will have first rate communication skills and have experience of liaising with clients and understanding their needs and expectations.

The role has came up due to rapid growth, you will be based at the Preston Head Office and be required to work mobiley across the North West, Merseyside covering a number of sites.

Salary: £27,500 to £32,500 depending on experience + a company car or car allowance of £4,850
