Are you a Multi Skilled Carpenter with experience in Domestic Maintenance? Are you looking for a Permanent Position in the Gloucestershire area? This could be the ideal job for you. The job is paying up to £17 per hour + Fuel and Overtime.

The Contract

You will be working out of the Gloucester office, covering the Gloucester area. The main works will be Reactive Repairs.

Duties will include:

* Reactive Repairs: Doors, Locks, Windows
* 2nd Fix: Skirting, Architraves and Kitchen Units
* Effectively Communicating with Management
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Any other trades you feel happy turning your hand to: tiling, plastering, plumbing, painting and decorating

The company work 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 16:30. There will be opportunities for overtime.

The basic rate is £17 per hour, paid on a Self Employed basis.

This is a temporary contract, which will lead to a permanent position for the ideal candidate.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in Reactive Maintenance with Housing Associations or Councils.

You will require:

* City & Guilds / NVQ
* CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Own Tools and Van
