Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - South Mimms - £33K

An exciting opportunity to work for a large maintenance provider within the commercial environment on a large static site in South Mimms, Hertfordshire. This is a static position based in South Mimms for a national organisation conducting maintenance on mechanical and hvac systems and associated mechanical building services including AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Split systems, chillers and refrigeration plant as well as promoting high standards of hvac equipment maintenance. This is a large site over a number of commercial buildings that require maintenance and servicing.

This is a very unique opportunity to work on a large campus of Buildings outside of London that house offices, laboratories and other general plant rooms.

The candidate should have commercial building maintenance experience and be able to perform mechanical and electrical PPM and reactive maintenance.

My Client is looking for 1 Mechanical maintenance Engineer and 1 Electrical Maintenance Engineer to complete their team on site.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

* City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 & 3 Heating & Ventilation / plumbing
* City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 Electrical
* Engineers must be Customer Focused
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills
* Able to give Technical advice when required.
