Are you a Multi Skilled Plumber looking for a permanent position in Taunton? Do you enjoy working on varied tasks in a customer focused role? This could be the ideal job for you! Paying a basic salary of £30,000 + Van, Fuel and Overtime.

The Job

You will be working on reactive maintenance on commerical properteis throughout the South West

Duties will include:



* Leaks and blocks
* Sink, bath and tap repairs and replacements
* Routine PPM & Reactive maintenance
* Other trades you are able to turn your hand to: Tiling, Plastering, Locks, Carpentry

This is a permanent position offering a basic salary of £30,000 per annum. The company will also provide a van and fuel card. There will be opportunities for overtime and call out work.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience as a Plumber working on reactive or planned maintenance projects, ideally with an electrical qualification.

If you have experience in the commercial/demoestic sector this would be beneficial. It will also be beneficial if you can turn your hand to other trades.

You will require:



* City & Guilds / NVQ Plumbing
* Electrical Qualifications Part P or 17th
* Full UK Driving Licence
