Role: National Sales Manager
Salary: c£65k base + uncapped commission (c£110k) + generous benefits
Location: UK (Home based Field Sales)

The Role - National Sales Manager
With business booming, Ideagen need a Sales Manager and that's where you come in. Covering the UK and international markets you will develop your sales executives to do the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing both in the field and by web demo. You will be responsible for their development helping coach, train and mentor them to their success.

There will be regular travel associated with this position your team will consist of 4-5 sales people across the UK.

What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum 2/3 years management of field sales executives
• A track record of developing team
