How would you like to work directly for a property developer on the sales team, with access to a broad range of units and visibility across the development pipeline?

You will be a part of a team that will get to grips with the construction and development environment. There is a lot of growth in the sector and you will step in to assist in the lifecycle with your sales skills.


* Competitive salary dependent on experience (40k -50k OTE although commission is uncapped)

* A varied mix of real estate sales including new build, off the plan and the secondary market in the South East London area.
* Building up a suitable sales pipeline
* Assisting in market appraisals and carrying them (dependent on experience)
* Carrying out your sales progression.
* Research into current market trends and conditions
* Updating and monitoring Reapit and the property portals
* Sharing of ideas to help with company growth


* Solid and relevant experience in Real Estate sales.
* NFOPP qualification is highly desirable
* Effective in both written and verbal communication
* Commercially minded with an understanding of the markets and strategic reporting.
* Excellent communication and business development skills would be highly desirable.
* Driving licence is essential
