How would you like to work directly for a property developer on the sales team, with access to a broad range of units and visibility across the development pipeline? How would you like the chance to be the New Homes Sales Manager, guiding the team to success with your demonstrated and successful processes and procedures.

You will be a part of a team that will allow you to get to grips with the construction and development environment. There is a lot of growth in the sector and you will step in to assist in the lifecycle with your experience.


* Competitive salary dependent on experience (£40,000 to £45,000) plus commissions
* High degree of autonomy and the chance to share with senior management your strategies, that will be listened to.
* Work directly for the developer, having a direct input into the growth of the company
* Scope for career growth into the property development department or within the New Home Sales Team


* A varied mix of real estate sales starting off with offf the plan sales and developeing into New Build once the first units come out of the ground
* Building up a suitable team sales pipeline
* Working with national and international channel partners to develop the above.
* Play a part in identifying, selecting and managing the above to maximise revenue
* Leading meeting s to motivate the team
* Working with the Sales Director to research current market trends, initiatives and reports
* Work to create pricing schedules
* Assist the property development team with other intiatives.


* Solid and relevant experience in New Home Sales - eg working with an agent or a developer
* Degree educated
* NFOPP qualification is highly desirable
* Demonstrated track record in sales
* Effective in both written and verbal communication
* Commercially minded with an understanding of the markets and strategic reporting.
* Excellent communication and business development skills would be highly desirable.
