One of our nurseries is looking to take on a new, full time member of staff after undergoing a significant expansion to their facilities. The expansion means that the nursery has been able to create an all inclusive environment for their children to learn and develop positively through the help of the nursery assistants currently working there. The nursery also prides itself in being able to offer a curriculum for their children, thus ensuring they are better prepared when leaving to go into the mainstream schools.

Background of the Nursery:

The brand have over 20 years experience within the childcare sector and have worked closely alongside the community to provide affordable, quality child care to working families. The nursery works to provide a variety of childcare depending on the needs of the family, for example offering emergency childcare and childcare that is run over school holidays for parents that struggle to get the time off work.

The nursery's number one value is 'Keeping Everyone Safe' within their care. This can stretch to not only the children but the workers within the nursery and the families of the children. Qualified first aiders are always onsite to step in if needed and rigorous health and safety practices are upheld consistently from the staff. By the nursery creating their health and safety hero 'Candy Floss' this encourages the children to recognise and manage potential risks while also being taught the essential safety message. Candy Floss can also be taken home with children to work with parents in helping to identify any risks that they might encounter at home, thus helping to solidify the importance of this character to the children and helping positively with their development.
