Nursery Practitioner

This friendly and community driven Nursery in Maldon is looking for an experienced and motivated Nursery Practitioner to join their team in September. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities:



* Have the strong ability to inspire and motivate children.
* Creating a fun and stinulating learning environment.
* Able to liaise with multi agencies, parents and other practitioners to get the best outcomes for the children that go to the nursery
* Implementing activities and programmes that are centred around the EYFS framework.
* Supporting the children to meet their milestones and devise extra support strategies when necessary.
* Working with multi agencies to provide the best outcomes of the children you support.
* To make the children's learning fun!


Requirements:



* Level 3 qualified
* Passion to inspire young people.
* 12 months experience working in a nursery.
* Good sense of humour.
* Knowledge about how to support young children to meet their milestones.
* Strong team working skills.
* Experience of working with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, legal requirements and Ofsted
* Commitment to nurturing the children and facilitating growth.
