I am recruiting for an immediate, permanent administrator to join a small, busy, friendly office based in Cirencester.

Paying £17,000-£18,000 this is a full time position, working Monday to Friday office hours, with an immediate start date - interviews will commence next week (W/C 15th October).

Key responsibilities:

* Issuing client paperwork

* Credit control and processing payments

* Writing letters

* Arranging daily post

* Ordering office supplies/product literature

* Booking appointments & diary management

* Email correspondence

* Booking venues for team/client events

* Incoming calls - taking messages and transferring through

Skills and attributes:

* Personable

* Strong administration experience

* Friendly approach - internal and external onsite visitors

* I.T. literate

* Strong written skills
