Duties



* Compliance to policies and procedures.
* Report and influence KPIs (WIP/debt/invoice register/open POs etc)
* Induction, training & development of new and existing Contract Support
* Dynamics Key User
* Housekeeping in Dynamics
* Place sub-contractor orders
* Customer invoicing
* Management reporting (incl summarising/tabulating data in Excel)


* Build a team, ensuring whole team is effectively utilised. Lead the team performance through motivation and winning commitment from them. Actively participate in a diverse and effective team.



* Qualifications and Skills



* Higher educational qualifications to 'A' level/HNC/D or degree would be desirable
* Intermediate to advanced PC skills (experience within Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint/Access
* 1 year experience in a similar role with managerial experience
* Previous experience of a customer-facing role using operating systems such as Dynamics AX or Concept software. Some financial / accounting experience would be an advantage.(study assistance towards an accounting qualification is available)
