job description

To provide admin support to the 3 regional offices, based form High Wycombe. Overseeing all aspects of the smooth running of the office, from diary and meeting room management, producing reports and commercial documents, filing, and ordering office consumables.

Duties will include:



* Managing the Office H&S file.
* Familiarising new starters and visitors to the building and its facilities
* Responsible for petty cash.
* Ordering all stationary for the office & construction sites, monitoring stock levels.
* Display company policies & certificates.
* Organising events (Client entertainment,lunch events etc).
* Use electric document management systems.
* Typing documents filing, printing, upkeep of spreadsheets, photocopying etc.
* Reception Duties answering phones/door, greeting visitors, booking meeting rooms & refreshments, dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
* Liaising with the building management regarding the office in terms of maintenance and general day to day issues.
* Organised office cleaner & liaise if any problems.
* In charge of office health & safety.
* Book staff training requirements
* Preparing Powerpoint Presentations

Essential skills and qualifications

4 x GCSE/O-Levels Grade C and above and to include English

Good level of competence on Microsoft packages to include Powerpoint, Excel and Word
