Do you have a full UK Drivers Licence
Are you looking for an immediate start?

My client is a manufacturer and supplier of construction and building materials. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to cover maternity leave. This role is initially on a 3 month contract, paying £10 per hour PAYE, based in Neasden near Wembley, London.



* Portraying an excellent company image to customers encouraging repeat business
* Act as a focal point for customers for the provision of a wide range of information, and to ensure Customer's needs are fully met
* Take orders accurately including associated administration when required
* Develop relationships and build rapport with internal and external customers
* Liaise with production/dispatch personnel to anticipate potential customer service issues and seek to resolve any such problems

To be considered you must:



* Have minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
* Be available to start in 2 weeks
* Have good telephone manner
* Have experience using MS Office
