Are you an experienced Painter seeking your next contract in the Somerset area?

My client has an immediate opportunity for a Painter & Decorator to join their Responsive Repairs Team.

The ideal candidate will complete various painting & decorating jobs to occupied domestic properties throughout Somerset.

Responsibilities:



* Liaising with the client and other maintenance professionals.
* Covering all aspects of Painting and decorating including;
* Measuring surface areas to work out what materials are required to complete the job.
* Stripping off existing wallpaper or paint.
* Applying layers of paintand / or hanging wallpaper.
* Work efficiently and economically in accordance with the current Safety Regulations
* Provide excellent customer service to customers
* Work as part of a successful Property Services Team.

Requirements:



* Painting & Decorating Qualification
* Social Housing Experience
* NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified
* Current valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as required
* Experience working within tenanted properties
* Familiar with PDA usage
