PA/Office Manager


£30000 - 35000 + competitive bonus

The successful PA/Office Manager will be an integral player supporting a national construction business based near Welwyn Garden City. Working within a small close knit team, the candidate will be the Office Manager supporting the operations of a highly efficient team but most importantly providing PA duties to the Director.


* Carrying out high levels of administration and assistance work including some HR tasks
* Supporting management and assisting where necessary
* Diary management, travel organisation and other PA duties
* Booking meetings and meeting room/locations
* General office management i.e. ordering office supplies, making sure office is good working order
* Creating presentations, letters and other documents and literature needed
* Collating data to create reports on a monthly basis
* Solve simple IT problems and contact the IT department where necessary
* Project management
* Director email management


* 2/3 years PA/Officer Management experience
* Experience of working within a small office environment, construction background preferable!
* Pro-active and can do attitude
* Knowledge of MS packages
