Experienced Administrator within the construction industry ? A sub contractor in West London are looking for part time administrator to join their team.

This is an opportunity to join a leading UK Construction Company. The company is independently owned and been around for over 50 years!

The part time administrator will be expected to work 3 full days a week (other flexibility will be considered)

You will be managing the reception area as well as doing administration for the team.

This is an on-going temporary role which could progress into full time hours and or a permanent contract!

Administrator Role and Responsibilities:

* Manage the front of house reception
* Greet guests / sign in book / issue out visitor passes
* Book meeting rooms / make teas and coffees for guests
* Manage all post all deliveries
* Manage all labour staff timesheets - check hours and ensure employees paid on time
* Ensure all site workers have correct tickets/paperwork to go on site
* Ensure all operatives have up to date CSCS cards
* Adhoc administration for the team

Admin Candidate Requirements:

* Previous Site Admin experience is essential
* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft packages
* Extremely organised
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Organised, presentable, and show strong communication skills.
