* Recognise and respect the contribution that colleagues, parents and carers make to the development and well-being of children and in raising attainment

* Hold qualified teacher status (QTS)
* Have experience in a similar role
* Be passionate about education
* Plan, set and assess homework to sustain learners progress
* Communicate and work with all members of staff including the senior leadership team
