A leading Chippenham business is looking for a Payroll Manager.

You will be managing and supporting the development of the in-house payroll team, whilst maintaining strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

This is an opportunity for someone with proven management and payroll experience.

It will be your responsibility to ensure accurate payroll processing from the 3rd party payroll provider and influence strategic decisions during payroll projects.

Some of your other responsibilities will be:

*End to end payroll management
*Use KPI's to mentor the team
*Champion best payroll practice
*Being the point of call for payroll queries
*Produce payroll analysis monthly
*Ensure complete compliance

You will be looking at ways in which the system and way of working can be streamlined and improved; working across HR to deliver accuracy and quality.

To be successful in this position, it is essential you have been processing payrolls in the thousands.
