The client are one of the UK's top 10 house builders with a regional office based in Berkshire that specialises in the development of volume housing throughout Hampshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

They are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to be based out of their office and work directly for the Construction Director. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working in this post and must be based within half an hour of Newbury. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £32k + package.


* Diary management for the Construction Director and Team.
* Work closely with the Director and Construction Management Team to ensure that tasks, such as, reports,
* incoming post and correspondence, email etc. are dealt with efficiently and responded to as required.
* To act in an appropriate manner with the upmost confidentiality.
* Management and Co-ordination of the Construction Training and Apprentices.
* Producing and collating reports and presentations.
* Co-ordinating data and inputting.
* Co-ordination of Construction Team HR.
* Facilitating, ordering and monitoring of costs for site office supplies and uniforms.
* Liaise with internal customers to ensure a smooth workflow between departments and with Head Office.
* Perform general office administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the department, e.g.
* faxing, filing photocopying, dealing with telephone calls.
* Provide other appropriate ad hoc duties and administrative support for other departments as and when
* required.
* Provide cover for Main Reception as and when required.
