Job Title - Planner - London

Salary - £55,000 - £60,000 + package

My client was established 30 years ago and they are the leading construction service provider specialising in high quality fit out, refurbishments and data centre projects in London and across the UK. They are experienced in delivering high-end projects up to £30m and are currently turning over £120m.

The company are currently searching for a Planner to join the business working on the larger projects and require someone with a good knowledge in construction and structural refurbishments.

Reporting into the Pre-Construction Director, your key responsibilities will be:

* Translating detailed information from contract documents into Construction programmes
* Formulating short-term and temporary works programmes
* Ensuring that programmes and revised programmes are distributed to all relevant parties including project team and sub-contractors
* Co-ordinating and managing information within the project, including design and technical information.
* Forecasting and reporting variations from the agreed construction programme and cost plan
* Liaison with Project Management and the Commercial side

Requirements of the Planner:

* Must have fit out experience within the commercial sector
* Must have previously worked within a corporate environment
* Must be able to hit the ground running
* Good working knowledge of Asta
