Are you looking to gain more experience in planning enforcement? Our client are a local authority based in South West London, who currently have a temporary oppertunity to join their planning enforcement team in either a junior or Senior role, for an initial period of 3-6 months. Considertation will be given to candiates with both Uk and non Uk experience

MAIN DUTIES

- Responsibility for the handling of planning enforcement work across the borough, related appeals and planning application case-work including negotiations and conflict resolution with developers and other interested parties securing effective community benefits as appropriate

- To ensure statutory and legal obligations are delivered and communicated in a customer focussed manner which optimises available resources.

YOU WILL HAVE

- A relevant qualification in Town Planning or equivalent

- Some experience in a planning enforcement role
