Are you experienced with on/off hire of Plant? A leading infrastructure business is looking for someone to join their busy team in North West London.

As the Plant administrator you will be expected to keep a register / tracker of on/off hire. You must have previous experience in this role.

This role is starting ASAP and is long term contract position.

Working hours are 08:00 - 17:00

This position is paying £14-18ph LTD (£10.50 -13ph PAYE) on a temp basis.

Plant Administrator Role and Responsibilities:

* To assist the Accounting team with the on / off plant hire tracker
* Liaise with suppliers for hire / sales
* Track the plant hire on site and ensure timely returns
* Liaise with site team with regard to work schedules and status of equipment.
* Process new hire orders in accordance with agreed KPIs, price-breaks and order lead-times
* Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time
* Managing workload of plant administrators
* Processing all documents relating plant hire: Delivery notes, job tickets, invoices with queries
* Invoice query management and the ongoing commitment to eliminate invoice discrepancies
* Implement internal spread-sheet used for weekly checks and various reporting.
* Working closely with other departments: Accounts, Logistics, Office team and Site Supervisors
* Leading formal and informal meetings and discussions concerning plant operations
* Produce reports, letters and memos as required
* Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.
* Ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment
* Delivering cost savings for the company
* Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices
* Working to create and promote a safe working environment.

Data Entry Candidate Requirements:

* Experience of Plant Administration role within a construction environment
* Extremely organised
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Computer literate with experience of Microsoft packages or equivalent
* Experience of delivering excellent customer service
