Plant Administrator required to join a large, fast developing Infrastructure contractor to be based on one of the worlds prestigious rail projects currently!

This is a long term contracting position with a posibility that you could go perm with this leading rail contractor!


* Opportunity to develop your manergial skills

* To support sales operations and liaise between the leasing companies Fleet and Finance teams
* To work and liaise with key leasing company asset team staff (operations), to provide information, so that informed positions can be developed that support the business objectives
* Produce fuel reports, monitoring cost effectiveness of fuel cards
* Sourcing of new lease company cars and vans as per Company Vehicle Policy
* Analysis of key data and stats, including in monthly plant/transport report
* Establishment and maintenance of van and vehicle register
* Accountable for upkeep of Company Vehicle Policy across the group

Successful candidates must have:

* Previous experience working on site or in a project office
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
* The ability to multitask
* Good attention to detail

It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
