A subcontractor is currently recruiting for a plant administrator to join their team in Wembley on a permanent basis. The annual salary is £25,000 - £30,000, based on experience.

Construction experience is necessary.

* Procesing monthly invoices
* Creating orders
* Producing hiring contracts
* Organising labour staff onto sites
* Arranging transport for crane erection and dismantles
* Updating a tracking system for equipment
* Liaising with the council for road closures and traffic management plans

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent communication skills
* Plant / hire administration experience
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask
* Have high attention to detail
