Are you a Plasterer? Are you looking for work in the Cardiff area? Are you looking for your next role within a fantastic organisation?

This could be the ideal job for you!

My client has an immediate opportunity for Plasterer to join the team on a 3- 6 month contract with the possibility of going permenant! The successful candidates will work as part of a Property Maintenance team. Working in both void and occupied domestic properties you will also be required to liaise with customers and work in a timely manner.

You will be working on planned and reactive maintenance on Social Housing properties in Cardiff area.

Duties will include:



* Plastering.
* Minor Tiling.
* Plasterboarding and partitions.

You are not required to be experienced in all of the above skills but it would be beneficial.

You will require:



* City & Guilds / NVQ in a relevant field of study.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Own Vehicle and tools

Desirable:



* Experience in Social Housing.
