A great opportunity has arisen for a Portfolio Manager to join a major not for profit organisation based in East London. The role will sit in a PMO function with a significant pipeline of projects, delivering major change for their technology function. This includes migrations to Cloud technologies, digital development projects, data management and process reengineering.

Your role will be to provide oversight and assist with the planning and prioritisation of projects in the portfolio, ensuring alignment to defined processes and standards. You'll have a strong delivery background and have brilliant relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities. You will also be responsible for managing the resourcing, vendor management and coordinating administration duties attached to the portfolio.

Key requirements/experience:-



* Experience of delivering continuous improvement in a PMO environment
* PRINCE2, ISEB, Agile or similar project management qualifications
* Experience, knowledge and understanding of Agile work practices
* Experience of resource management and managing a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with an ability to manage large volumes of work
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
