Are you working as a project coordinator/PMO support and fancy a new challenge? Do you live local to Newport? If so, this could be a great opporunity for you..

The Role

Key responsibilities will include the following:

* Act as assistant to PMO Lead
* Maintain risk and issue log
* Maintain quality log
* Produce regular project / programme reports
* Improve processes
* Project and resource planning (Create, update, monitor)
* Manage User Acceptance Testing
* Monitor release status

You will undertake training as required to ensure capability and competence.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

* Degree in a related discipline is desirable
* Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills
* MS Project planning would be advantage
* Understanding of Quality management / configuration management /Project Management
* Prince2 knowledge / qualification if possible
* Strong process driven
* Able to take direction as well as work under own supervision
* Highly resilient - able to chase up people and actions
* Highly organised / attention to detail
* Excellent written / spoken English
* Educated to degree level
* Driving licence and transport required
