Postroom Supervisor- London- Perm- 23k

My client, a leading facilities and Maintenance provider are currently recruiting for an experienced Postroom Supervisor to manage an already existing team in an extremely corporate environment, You will be responsible for managing workflow to meet the service standards and contractual requirements and to ensure that the postroom runs smoothly and excellent customer service is provided at all times. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and have a positive, hardworking attitude.

Specific requirements:



* Experience with running a busy postroom in s corporate environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent telephone skills
* Ensuring organisational controls are in effect
* Managing Customer expectation
* Ability to use own initiative
* Excellent customer service skills
* Able to manage difficult situations and staff
* Results and target orientated
* Ability to give attention to detail
* Manage stationery stock in post room
* PC literate
* Ability to prioritise a busy workload
* Flexible approach to work
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent people management skills
* Ability to motivate and develop a team
* Manage archiving data base
* Produce monthly report for client viewing

This position is paying up to 23k and offers 25 days holiday and an excellent pension package.
