As a Practice Specialist, you will use your care experience and connections to deliver and oversee liability surveys and policy benefit services and attract customers not linked with insurance who would like the services on offer. You'll advise and assist business partners to understand risk opportunities in the care sector, as well as offering decision-making support to the Team Leader and other colleagues.

What are your responsibilities?



* Take part in divisional meetings, imparting care practice advice
* Deliver a number of policyholder services, furthering the development of services in support of products
* Assist the Head of Services in identifying risks to do with existing covers, advising on improvements
* Consult with the Head of Services and other business partners regarding business development strategies to retain and increase market share
* Manage the Team Leader, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to
* Set quarterly and annual growth objectives in agreement with the Head of Services and any other partners involved

What is required?



* A degree-level qualification in health and social care
* Recent successful management of an adult's or children's services team
* A practitioner qualification
* Business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit
