Come join the team and manage the only Combi Marketing & Business Support desk in the highest billing team in the office.

I am recruiting for my back-fill and therefore am looking for a talented yet grounded consultant to take on this core role within the UK business. She or he will be working within a territory team together with an excellent and experienced Executive Billing Manager to grow the desk further than its current status and potential.

This role is ideal for someone who is achievement-oriented and believes in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with candidates & clients. The ideal consultant will be success-driven, extremely fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.

Key Characteristics/Personality Traits

*Naturally assisting all employees and managers throughout the company
*A natural at knowing what a good candidate looks like
*Adapting to your surroundings - if you can't adapt to the different clients, you will not see results
*Proficiency and knowledge of Senior Marketing roles and Senior Business Support roles
*Speaks in numbers and GP
*Uses metrics/figures/spreadsheets to monitor performance and understand results and drivers, while developing contingency plans to address shortfalls on a weekly basis
*Proficiency in using all appropriate systems, i.e. portals/google docs/CRMs
*Personable and not lazy
*Quick-minded, quick-working and smart-working
*Analytical and a good researcher
*Passionate - you must be passionate about this job and desk
*A passion for doing recruitment differently and personally

Qualifications

*Ideally 3+ years in Recruitment - must have been a proven high achieve - If not recruitment, an industry where I can clearly see the interest into this particular opportunity
*Consultative
*Consistent achievement of forecasted revenue and unit targets (i.e. achieving consistent forecast accuracy)
*Exceptional communication and organisation skills - ability to follow through and manage a large workload
*Excellent customer service skills with a customer first attitude - this has given me some of my best clients and candidates known to the office
*Strong problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to innovate and analyse alternative solutions - specific to the target at hand
*Detail focused, executes with excellence and owns the outcome
*Clearly communicates, outlining problems, targets, results and key insights
*Track record of excellent partnering, collaboration and influencing across company functions, different cultures and complex time zones
*Organise and lead coordination - clear driven route in all elements of the role
*Infectious 'can do' attitude
*Demonstrated ability to excel within an environment of change
*Self-motivated, tenacious and balanced individual who brings 'can do' motivation to work every day.
