Are you looking for a step up in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Sector Housing Enforcement Officer based in a Local Authority in Essex.

Post: Private Sector Housing Enforcement Officer

Rate: £30,000 - £36,000 per year

Your new role…

We currently have the opportunity for an enthusiastic and competent Private Sector Housing Enforcement Officer to join the team and carry out routine inspections, assessments and enforcement's in dwellings both singly and multi-occupied.

What you'll need to succeed…

The successful candidate will have recognised qualification in HHSRS assessor standard or relevant experience in inspections and enforcement in single and multi- occupied dwellings and relevant licensing; preparation for and appearance at court and tribunal will also be desirable.
