PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an excellent production supervisor who is quality focused for this new opportunity based in Blackpool. This role would suit a candidate from production background with leadership experience and great organisational and IT skills. A proven track record of quality adherence is essential.

The role is shop floor based so the successful candidate will be heavily involved in the daily operations and is also responsible for driving KPIS, improving efficiencies and ensuring quality standards are met.

Duties:



* Accountable for all aspects of GMP and housekeeping within the work cell.
* Health & Safety. Raising awareness of H&S, ensuring correct PPE is worn, escalating issues relating to H&S.
* Ability to work up to 70% of the week as part of work cell team, rotating and performing all duties in manufacturing areas. Developing good relationships and being proactive with other departments, Supporting lean/continuous improvement.
* Leading by example, coaching/helping others. Working with manager to provide feedback on operator performance. Identifying training needs and maintain training records.
* Conducting timely communication as and when required.

Working hours - Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am - 1pm.
