My client a leading material supplier to the construction industry is looking for a Production Operative to help produce high quality products at a busy 24hr production site.

As a Factory Operative reporting to our Factory Team Leaders, you'll join a shift team involved in, risk assessments and daily checks. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and reporting any health & safety issues, you'll control product quality and work efficiently to meet production targets. Other key responsibilities of the Factory Operative include:

* Operate automated CBP manufacturing machinery
* Carrying out quality checks
* Basic maintenance tasks
* Taking finished product from the out feed conveyor and placing into stock yard
* Operating FLT, and loading shovel
* Vehicle loading

With a strong focus on health & safety and quality, you're an experienced operative with real drive and enthusiasm, happy to work on a shift basis. An excellent communicator and team-worker, you have good organisational skills and are capable of working on your own initiative to deadlines.

As this is a 24hr production facility you will be required to work a rolling shift based work pattern which changes each week. Please be aware that the site does not operate over the weekend apart from to close down after the 10pm Friday shift which finishes at 6.15am on a Saturday morning (1 in 3).
