A dynamic, Global FTSE 250 company is looking to expand their HR team by introducing a new position; Professional Apprenticeship Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in recruiting and developing junior talent into future professionals.

This is a stand alone role offering the successful candidate a high level of autonomy and exposure within the business. The company is based in Central London and the position is part of a fast-paced, forward thinking team with a great social culture and upbeat environment.


Role includes;
- Internal and external marketing of apprenticeship opportunities

- Selling the business case to internal managers

- Recruitment and selection of apprentices

- Coordinating the offer and on boarding process

- Maintain and develop the on boarding and induction programme for apprentices

- Working closely with managers to ensure the development of apprentices

- Coordination of apprenticeship enrolment and professional membership, as well as salary benchmarking and annual remuneration review.

- Coordination in close collaboration with the People Development team

- Autonomy to manage apprenticeship programme from start to finish


The ideal candidate will be a confident, motivated professional, who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with a high level of autonomy. Two years minimum professional experience is required, in a recruitment/sales/talent acquisition position.
