We are looking for a an experienced Senior Project or Programme Manager with a background in working for a modern, agile software business. The company I am working with produce Software as a Service solutions for the healthcare sector, they are a genuine market leader and continue to grow rapidly, making it a great place to develop your career.

You will be involved in a wide range of project, programme and operational activities all focused around delivering great software solutions to the end clients. It's a fast paced environment and priorities are constantly changing so you'll need to be flexible, resilient and agile in your approach.

The programmes will typically be for clients who have purchased more than one product, requiring a joined up approach to configuration, implementation and post implementation activities.

It's a home based contract with travel required throughout the UK.

Key requirements:-



* Coach and mentor project teams (Project Managers, Implementation consultants)
* Experience of working multiple, concurrent projects and programmes
* Experience at a senior role within a SaaS provider (desirable)
* Project and Programme management - working collaboratively with other managers to develop best practice project and programme management for the organisation
* Senior client facing responsibilities
* Project, Programme and operational management experience

Any experience delivering into healthcare organisations (clinical environments, NHS, Private hospitals etc.) would be a great advantage.
