International and Complex Desk Coordinator

London

Salary £22,000-£25,000

Able to manage multiple projects/ deals?

A typical day will include:



* Co-ordinating the delivery of pre-sales proposals
* Being an integral part of the Complex Deal team, reporting to the Complex Deal Manager and Legal/ Credit teams.
* Supporting the delivery of complex projects by managing the lifecycle of International and Complex Deal Opportunities
* Being a vocal point between Sales and Operations by qualifying and understanding International Sales and Complex Deal Opportunities, supporting sales with International risk management.
* Qualifying new International and Complex Deal Opportunities to further understand requirements and assign ownership to the correct business area
* Ensuring qualified opportunities are commercial viable and accurate
* Administration duties
* Managing a database, email inbox and extensively using the Microsoft Dynamics System for all deal regs.
* Managing and maintaining effective communication between the Sales and Services divisions
* Ensuring all international and Complex Deal Opportunities are dealt with in line with business SLA's
* Deliver high quality, professional and responsive project coordination service to internal clients and clients for Complex Deal projects
* Manage the coordination of resources to agreed project plans to ensure availability to project timescales

This is an urgent role and will be to start ASAP.
