Complex Deal Project Coordinator

London

Salary up to £26,000

Initial 6 months FTC with potential to be permanent.

A typical day will include:



* Coordinating the delivery of pre-sales proposals and working within the Complex Deal team.
* Supporting the delivery of complex projects
* Managing the life cycle of Internal Complex Deal Opportunities and client Onboarding through the various stakeholders within the UK and international entities.
* Be a vocal point between Sales and Operations by qualifying and understanding International Sales and Complex Deal Opportunities,
* Supporting the sales teams with excellent International risk management processes.
* Qualify new Complex Deal and Client Onboarding Opportunities to further understand requirements and assign ownership to the correct business area
* Ensure qualified Complex Deal opportunities are commercially viable and accurate
* Manage and deliver the Client Onboarding program defined
* Produce Onboarding documentation aligned to service level and complete formal closure
* Complex Deal Requirements capture and documentation
* Liaise extensively with Senior Managers across Legal, Credit, Logistics, tax and Suppler management
* Manage and maintain effective communication between the Sales and Services divisions
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
* Liaise with customers on a day to day basis and attend onsite meetings when required
* Ensure regular communications are sent to customers qualified for Client Onboarding and Complex Deal in line with communication plans agreed.
* Creation of analytical reports and KPIs
* Deliver high quality, professional and responsive project coordination service to internal and external clients for Complex Deal projects
* Manage the coordination of resources to agreed project plans to ensure availability to project timescales
* Manage the companies risks by following project document development, approval and acceptance processes
* Manage the companies risks by understanding legal implications of project commitments
* Manage the companies risks by documenting and managing project scopes, risks, assumptions and issues throughout project lifecycle, escalating and highlighting to relevant parties for resolution as necessary
* Maintain electronic and paper project document library for pre-sales and projects
* Ensure the Project documentation client sign off process is followed.
* Monitor and report use of resources against agreed budgets
* Support delivery to time and budget

* Good knowledge of MS Office suite software including Microsoft Word, MS Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio and SharePoint.

Qualifications



* Prince 2 Foundation, Practitioner will be beneficial

This is an urgent role due to being incredibly busy and will be to start ASAP.

You will be joining a multi award winning International IT Re- Seller in London City Centre. This is an inital 6 months contract with potential to become a permanent role.
