Project Manager- Middle Office -FICC, Trade Control, Settlements

My client requires a project manager to perform in an operational role with middle and back office experience. You must have settlements and trade control experience with front to back trade lifecycle knowledge. You will also be involved in UAT testing and the role sits within the Brexit project.
Thisinitiative requires a candidate who is comfortable supporting a front-to-back project. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical and technical skills, the ability to tailor their style to suit different audiences (from trading desk heads to offshore developers).

Requirements

* Knowledge of FICC products and lifecycle events.
* Upto date knowledge on key FICC initiatives and developments within the market.
* Knowledge of the key regulatory rules across the FICC infrastructure.
* Experience of project governance (documentation/reporting, tollgates, identifying risks/watch items etc.). Reporting skillset, with strong attention to detail is essential.
* Strong organisation skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
* Demonstrated problem solving ability, strong follow up skills, and ability to escalate and gain resolution where required.
* Manage stakeholder meeting, providing updates on issues, risks and key decisions. Provide, update and produce reporting to ensure a seamless, visible view of the status of the projects being delivered.
* Experience managing front-to-back projects is desirable, with ability to tailor communication approach depending on audience. Confident facing senior stakeholders.
* The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguous or fluid requirements due to a new industry process.
