This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work with one of the worlds leading pharmaceutical organisations supporting a global cost of goods programme.

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate the assigned tubes projects. The role will include working with the cross functional teams to ensure robust project management fundamentals are in place and running efficiently including setting up project charter, milestone plan, benefit tracking, performance management etc.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivery: Coordinate and drive project planning and delivery, ensuring successful completion.
* Controls: Ensure strong project controls are in place for progress monitoring and cost and benefit tracking.
* Standards: Create and deploy standardised project processes aligned with the overall program, procedures and ways of working for program delivery; leverage across the organisation
* Risk Management: identification, mitigation planning and resolution of project risks and issues
* Implementation : Create a milestone plan for the project by working with sites and functions, ensuring integrated and prioritised implementation plans are in place
* Governance and communication: Create and lead governance process and updates. Communicate to all stakeholders on a timely basis in a clear way.
* Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with program delivery lead and key stakeholders
* Create and track progress via monthly reporting and project reviews
* Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional macro level topics with key stakeholders

Key Skills:

* Project Management and deliver experience
* Advanced degree or certification in project management
* Agile way of working
* Excellent facilitation and partnering skills.
* Experience and ease in interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders
* Individual should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
* Technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Exemplary written and oral communication skills which can be leveraged to consistently succeed. Ability to define and establish a project governance structure
* Understanding of the complexities of a global business, ideally with some international project management and business engagement experience by having held a role with broad geographical scope (multiple regions and supply chains)
