A great chance to move in house into the project management division of an ambitious property development company, with some exceptionally high quality and large scale projects in the pipeline.

You will play a pivotal and direct role in the delivery of these mixed use developments and will make sure that they will be completed on time and on budget.


* The chance to go client side with a property developer that has positive ambitions in the London landscape.
* An opportunity to project manage multiple large scale mixed use development with GDV's in the hundreds of millions
* Good salary package of up to £65,000 with additional bonuses
* A highly skilled and experienced property and real estate team to work alongside to help progress your career.


* Day to day management of the multiple projects on hand including monitoring external design team.
* Getting involved with contract administration, risk management, document control and project controls
* Facilitating and finding efficiencies in project delivery and project management
* Reporting on progress to multiple stakeholders and providing commercial advice where necessary.


* MRICS chartered or similar qualification within Project Management, Real Estate or similar.
* A demonstrated track record of complex mixed use projects.
* Experience working for a consultancy or developer would be highly desirable.
* The appropriate technical skills in hand, such as Analysis, Research, Strategic Planning etc.
* Full property development project lifecycle experience would be highly regarded
