Project Manager

Permanent Opportunity - Kent - Diverse project portfolio

The Client: Project range from £7 - £15 million in education, commercial and healthcare throughout Kent. Focus on staff development and training. Supportive management team and long-standing members of staff to support you.

Position: Seeking an experienced Project Manager reporting to visiting Contracts Manager. You will be responsible for day to day running of the project, H&S and programme.



* Management of junior staff
* Create short term look ahead programmes using Asta
* Chair progress meetings with client, Directors and sub-contractors
* Report figures and work with Quantity Surveyor with cost reporting
* Responsibility of H&S, quality & budget of project

Requirements



* Experience working with Bid and pre-con team to win new business
* Previous experience as a Project Manager working for a Main Contractor
* Capable of managing construction projects up to £15 million
* HNC / HND / Degree in Construction Management is desirable but not a necessity
* Highly Organised
* Work well under pressure
