Project Manager - Croydon - £350 a day

A Project Manager is required to oversee for a new build residential project in Croydon. The project has just commenced on site and is expected to run for the next 12 months. Experience of working on residential projects would be beneficial but not essential. Overall the project consists of 32 apartments split across 2 RC Frame blocks. The successful candidate will either have experience of working as part of team on a larger project (£20m+) or running their own smaller schemes (Up to £15m). It is essential that the Project Manager also has experience working with leading main contractors or residential developers.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Project Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
