Senior Project Manager

My client is a well established regional business who operate across Hampshire and Dorset. They have an immediate need to for a Senior Project Manager to join their business.

The initial scheme is a £9.5m cut and carve project in Dorchester which is due to start in the New Year. This is a design and build project and the Senior PM will report to a visiting Contracts Manager. You will be responsible for the timely delivery of this scheme, management of the site team, client liaison etc. The ideal candidate will have a main contracting background and will have delivered other schemes circa £10m as a lead previously.
