One of London's leading fit out contractors is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to work on fit-out and refurbishment projects across London. Due to the focus the company has on growing and strengthening this team, as well as the increased quantity of work, there is a great opportunity to advance your career and be part of a market leading team.


* 8+ years experience
* RICS Qualified would be a beneficial but not essential
* Proven track record delivering successful fit-out and refurb projects
* Produce a project programme and update as required
* Appoint and liaise with sub-contractors & consultants (M&E, structural, acoustic, lighting, AV) as appropriate
* Produce outline project budgets and construction budgets
* Main point of contact for the duration of the project
* Keep client up to date on project risks, challenges, time line, budget, landlord issues, lease signing effects
* Tender documentation and analysis
* Ensure all contracts are complete prior to starting on site
* Chair and minute all site meetings
