Project Manager

Location: Kent

Salary: up to £75k

Contract Type: Permanent

The Client: Award Winning Main Contractor seeking a Project Manager to manage a large commercial build in Kent. This contractor is well recognised and respected within the Kent Construction market and this is an exciting opportunity to be an essential member of the team as they grow within new sectors.

Position: Seeking a Project Manager with a background in steel frame builds and/or hotels and leisure. You will be either site based managing a large projects (£20 mil) or be responsible for managing 2/3 smaller developments.


* Previous experience as a Project Manager working for a Main Contractor
* Project experience in Commercial, Steel Frame and or Hotels/ Leisure
* Competent using Asta & technically / commercially aware
* HNC / HND / Degree in Construction Management is desirable but not a necessity
* Highly Organised
* Work well under pressure
