job description

I am delighted to have been retained by one of the UK's most established and respected Main Contracting organisations in their search for a Project Manager for a flagship Project that they are undertaking in West Yorkshire.

I am specifically seeking candidates with Airports experience to lead a £15m new build and refurbishment Project. Candidates will join the programme at pre-construction stage, working and coordinating the process through to delivery phase and completion. The programme of works from site start (Easter 2019) will be 75 weeks, with pre-con phase commencing October 2018.

Although not a huge value Project, the nature and complexity of an Airport extension / new build arrivals hall and refurbishment of existing buildings, coupled with the full project lifecycle accountability, means a genuinely rewarding and highly prestigious scheme to be involved with.

Candidates must have a demonstrable track record of delivering successful Projects in relation to Programme, Cost and Quality.

If you are interested in having a confidential discussion, at which point I am happy to disclose further information such as the Contractor and end Client, as well as relevant commercial offering, pleaseapply today.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
