Job Title: Project Manager

Location: London, with flexibility to work nationwide

Salary: up to £75,000 + package

My client, a leading contractor specialising in retail fit out projects in the UK are looking for a Project Manager to join their business. They work on retail banking projects, retail food, airports, ministry of justice and some school refurbishments Their project values vary from £500 through to £15M.

Key Accountabilities will include:

* Accountable for site/project budgets including profit and loss plus budget constraints.
* Develop, control and ensure delivery against the project budgets including profit, preliminaries, procurements etc.
* Understands and develops the agreed strategy conceived in the bid phase for project delivery.
* Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.
* Develop and implement detailed programmes and schedules which allow accurate monitoring and reporting of progress, and implement actions to achieve targeted performance.

To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach when supporting and educating the business. These roles will undertake national projects so readiness to travel and work across the UK is essential.
