Fit Out Project / Package Manager

Fit Out Package Manager needed for a mixed use development in Central London.

You will be in charge of an ongoing fit out package and also be required to be involved in the commercial and design aspects of the build as well as the production.

This opportunity will see you working for one of London's largest contractors whom have work all over the City. They are looking to take someone on who can have a positive impact on the way that the team works and are looking to pay over £350 p/d with rates being negotiable dependant on experience.

Responsibilities:



* Managing the fit out package from 1st fix through to completion.
* Cooperation with clients, architects, commercial team and subcontractors.
* Ongoing monitoring of schedules, costs, and quality as well as guaranteeing of schedule compliance.

Ideally you will have:



* Large project fit out package experience
* Trades background or degree qualified
* An ability to work well within a high pressured environment is a must

Rate: £350+ p/d

Duration: Ongoing
