Are you a highly competent Project Manager looking for a new challenge for a growing business that deliver a high quality but different product to the rest of the market?

My client, a business that has ambitious yet achievable plans to double there staff count in the next two years is looking for a Project Manager with RC Frame experience to come on board to get involved with pre-construction before delivering the project to site.

The site, 20 minutes of Central London to the North is easily accessible by Public Transport and Private vehicle with the Head Office being in Central London as well.

The individuals will be an integral part of the growing business to deliver this project consisting of circa 150 units split across several RC Framed blocks. Furthermore, with the pipeline of work and growth plans, there is a great opportunity for progression and personal growth.

Key Skills



* Experience within the developer or main contractor markets
* Residential RC Frame experience is a must
* Inception to completion experience including pre-construction
* Strong leadership skills
* Relationship building skills both within the team
* Client facing
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
